A brief addendum to the information
about computers that I posted some time ago. It IS currently possible
to download the Astrill VPN in China without already having a VPN.
You can do it from www.astrill4u.com. Sorry I don't know about other
VPNs.
I also don't know if it is permanent or if it too will eventually be blocked.
Just thought I'd mention it.
