A website that I have used in the past in the UK might prove useful here. It's a bit heavily skewed towards reading tasks but can be a useful source of discussion topics.

Another that I have only just found could be a terrific resource if you have computers in your classroom. It is graded at various levels so that you could use it in most classes.
